Tommy Morgan

I'm a third-year Economics Ph.D. student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I'm an applied microeconomist specializing in public and urban economics, economic history, and historical record linking. My research examines the ways that state and local politics and policy interact with national issues like public health, voting, and the housing supply.
